Shipping costs

Free delivery by A or B Mail from a value of CHF 180.00

For orders below CHF 180.00, a flat-rate shipping surcharge of CHF 5.90 for B Mail or CHF 7.50 for A Mail will be added within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. These costs are added to the order costs on the order overview page. There are no customs duties for deliveries to Liechtenstein.

All orders are delivered by Swiss Post.

Damage in transit

Despite all due diligence, deliveries can be damaged in transit. We will of course reimburse you for any items damaged in transit. Please note that we can only give you a refund for damaged contents if you complain to us as soon as you receive the goods.
