Shipping and Delivery prices

Payment methods:
Bills can be paid by credit card, online banking or direct billing.

All orders will be sent by PostPac Economy.

For all shipping inside of Switzerland, we hold a standard shipping and handling charge of:

PostPac EconomyPaket Total: SFr. 7.-
PostPac Priority Total: SFr. 9.-

Free shipping for orders over SFr. 70.- (by means of PostPac EconomyPaket). Collect on delivery (C.O.D) can be had for an additional SFr. 15.-.

International payment and shipping:
International orders must be paid prior to shipping or by means of a credit card. Eurocard-Mastercard and Visa are accepted. **Because of high shipping prices we do not send any solutions, eye-drops, or anything else of that sort. The shipping and handling price for international orders is SFr. 12.-. (B-Post)

Money back guarantee:
For unopened (still in originally sealed and undamaged packaging) contact lenses we offer a 7-day “money back guarantee”. The date of the mailing stamp is the date from which the 7 days will be counted. A refund can only be given if the package reaches us in good condition. A copy of the bill should be included.

Returning:
The received order should immediately be checked by the recipient to make sure the whole of the order and the correct items have been sent. Complaints made 5 business days upon receival will not be acknowledged. Opened products (packaging) cannot be returned nor exchanged. For complaints concerning contact lenses, the lenses must be sent to us in a suitable contact lens case with the proper storage solution (for yearly contact lenses the original glass container is required), wrapped in bubble wrap so that we can send the complaint to the producer. A copy of the bill must be included. We cannot process complaints concerning dried out contacts since a test by the producer concerning the complaint is no longer possible.
