Mclinsen.ch GmbH supply and forwarding expenses

Dispatch within Switzerland
Payment is required in advance or via credit card (Mastercard/Visa).
Forwarding/post expenses are 6 - (2nd class/B Post mail)
Until full payment is received, the goods remain our property. When payment is not received within the prescribed 14 day period, a reminder will be sent and an administrative fee of CHF 10 will be made. Other incurred costs in respective of forwarding remain the responsibility of the customer.

Dispatch outside Switzerland
Payment is required in advance or via credit card (Mastercard/Visa).
Unfortunately, preservative agents cannot be supplied because of the high cost of dispatch.
Total forwarding/post expenses are 12 - (2nd class/B post mail)

Cash Back Guarantee
Goods can be returned to us within 7 days, provided that they remain sealed and completely in tact. The date of postmark is taken as proof of date. A credit note can only be issued if the goods are returned to us in tact and undamaged. A copy invoice must be attached with the goods.

Returns
Upon receiving the goods, the customer should examine them immediately to check that the correct goods have been sent, as well as the correct quantities. In the event of a mistake, the customer must inform us within five working days. Any corrections after this time cannot be made. Please note that if goods have already been opened, the cash back guarantee is not valid.

In the event of a return being made, goods must be sent in a suitable contact lens container and preservative agent. They must also be sent in a blister pack (or original glass container with yearly contracts). Goods can then be returned to the manufacturer. A copy invoice must be attached. Where contact lenses are returned to us in a drained/dried out condition it is impossible to make a replacement or refund.

General Information
The relationship between customers and Mclinsen.ch GmbH is contained within the following trading conditions. These trading conditions are effective at the time of an order being placed. Any proposed changes or additions to these trading conditions by customers require our written consent.

Contacts
Contact lenses can only be supplied to customers who already possess an optician´s prescription or who have had contact lenses supplied previously by an optician. Customers should have previous problem free experience of contacts lens usage.

Orders
The prescription ordered by you is considered non refundable and returns are not possible. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of their orders . Mclinsen.ch GmbH does everything possible to supply its customers with only high quality products of reputable manufacturers. Our priority is customer satisfaction and the provision of an outstanding service at an excellent price.

Delivery
We aim to deliver goods within 2 - 14 days. When goods are in stock we can deliver at very short notice, ie 2 days. However, other goods like coloured lenses and individually manufactured contact lenses can take up to 14 days. However, we strive to deliver within a shorter time scale than this.

Exchange of goods
Costs arising for the exchange and postage of goods are the billable to the customer. However, excluded from this are the following:
Preservative agents, cosmetic and crazylenses (effect lenses) Each opened lens packaging or each yearly lens container Special coloured monthly and/or yearly lenses or one off products like toric yearly lenses.

Completion of an order
An order is accepted via a completed on line order form. The order is complete once the goods have been dispatched and accepted by the client.

Data Security
Mclinsen.ch GmbH does not disclose information about its clients to any other third party. Data that we request is only used for the correct processing of orders. Customers expressly agree to this.

Dispatch expenses within Switzerland or abroad
Mclinsen.ch GmbH draws customers attention to the dispatch cost for their goods. This is particularly important for orders being dispatched outside Switzerland. There is no minimum order and all orders are sent via PostPac Economy.

Payment
The full purchase price is due within 10 days of receipt. Payment can be made either in advance, via bank pay in slip, cash on delivery or credit card. Where cash on delivery is made, the postage costs must also be paid at the same time. Mclinsen.ch GmbH uses a credit rating system and customers consent to the relevant credit investigations being made where appropriate. Mclinsen.ch GmbH reserves the right to withdraw its service from customers who are not deemed credit worthy. All prices includes 7.6% VAT

Guarantees and Returns
We should be informed about damaged or faulty goods in writing and within 2 weeks of receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for goods after this time. Mclinsen.ch GmbH guarantees to replace faulty goods as quickly as possible. (Usually immediately). However, for goods which have not been received by the customer, Mclinsen.ch GmbH cannot accept any responsibility.

In the case of faulty goods, we are happy to supply identical replacement article(s). These replacement goods are also covered by the same Mclinsen.ch GmbH guarantees.

Mclinsen.ch GmbH provides comprehensive product information on all goods sold, but customers are advised to always check these details which are supplied with the products.

Mclinsen.ch GmbH aims to describe its products as clearly and accurately as possible. We use the detailed information provided by manufacturers, but we cannot guarantee its accuracy. Illustrations used for products can also vary. Particular attention is drawn to the ordering of coloured contact lenses, where the actual eye colour of the customer must also be taken into account.

Mclinsen.ch GmbH does not accept responsibility for the compatibility of supplied products. Goods are sent to customers in their original manufacturer`s packaging. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect application or handling of products by customers.

Mclinsen.ch GmbH aims to keep its website pictures and other pictorial/information material as up to date as possible. However, customers should be aware that manufacturers can make changes without prior announcement.

Confirmation
With your order, you confirm that:
You have used contact lenses for at least six months without problems, and are familiar with the correct care and handling of your lenses.

You regularly have eye examinations at the optician`s (at least annually) and have attended such an examination within the last 12 months. Your optician has confirmed that you can continue to use contact lenses.

Should you develop any problems as a result of using products supplied by us, you will contact your optician immediately for an eye examination. Mclinsen.ch GmbH cannot be held responsible for any complications or difficulties arising from products which we have supplied.
